Optional website measurement
Only after you allow measurement, Rise records page visits, performance and usage steps with a pseudonymous visitor and session identifier. Campaign labels from links help us understand where visits came from. We do not send the names, email addresses, profile handles or creative text entered in the /up journey as tracking properties. You can refuse or withdraw measurement through Privacy settings. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Essential account, security and requested analysis processing work independently of optional measurement.
Your Rise project
A website analysis stores a company record; a TikTok lookup records the search and available public profile data. Saving a project stores your creative draft. Guest access expires after seven days; confirming your email lets you keep the project in your account. A managed inquiry shares the submitted project and confirmed email with Rise. A marketplace listing publishes its project details, not the account email. Applying shares your profile, message and confirmed email with the listing brand. These are separate actions, not automatic consequences of a visit.
What we collect
We collect the information you submit for creator review, including your email and one or more social-platform accounts, public profile details, recent public content performance where available, niche, posting frequency, average views, referral source and campaign income estimate. When you connect a platform, we record verification evidence and the permissions you grant. Verification-only access tokens are revoked immediately; Insights tokens are encrypted and retained only after separate consent. We also record approximate location and a salted, non-reversible IP hash for security. We do not store the raw IP address.
Why we use it
We use this data to review creator fit, prepare launch cohorts, calculate indicative campaign ranges, operate creator invite attribution, prevent abuse and communicate review or product updates.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell creator application data. We may share it with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze or communicate about Rise, subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain creator review data while the launch program is active and as needed for security, legal and operational purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information through the contact channel included in Rise communications. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
International use
Rise is designed for an international creator network. Your information may be processed outside your country, with safeguards appropriate to the applicable law.
